Vern Gray is a Field Director with The
Phoenix Agency, Inc. He is both a certified Commissioning Agent (CxA)
and a Certified Test and Balance Engineer (TBE) with 9 years of TAB
experience and a degree in air conditioning technology. Vern’s
responsibilities include design review, technical support; training and
supervision of field personnel, and managing a variety of commissioning
projects.
Tom Sufka, TBE, CxA
Tom Sufka is a Field Director with The
Phoenix Agency, Inc. He is both a certified Commissioning Agent (CxA)
and a Certified Test and Balance Engineer (TBE) with 15 years of TAB
experience in a variety of settings including hospitals, laboratories,
and major retail chains. His responsibilities include design review,
technical support; training and supervision of field personnel, and
managing a variety of commissioning projects.

With 22 plus years of experience in the industry, Steve Ammerman has completed projects ranging in complexity from manufacturing plants to major healthcare facilities. His field responsibilities include system performance evaluations and recommendations, total system balancing, and equipment diagnostics.
Dale Duperrault, Certified Test and Balance Technician
With 23 years of test and balance experience, Dale Duperrault has balanced a variety of projects for major retailers, school districts and medical facilities. His field responsibilities include system performance evaluations and recommendations, and total system balancing. He has demonstrated expertise in the investigation and diagnosis of problems, and excellent documentation and reporting skills.

Nineteen plus years of test and balance experience with clients ranging from major retail chains to hotels and convention centers, has established Ryan as one of The Phoenix Agency’s lead technicians.
